This Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Agreement") is established to prescribe the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between ieumBio Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") and the user in connection with the use of the website (https://ieumbio.com, hereinafter the "Site") operated by the Company.
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the terms, conditions, and procedures for use of the information and related services (hereinafter the "Services") provided through the Site operated by the Company, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.
Article 2. Definitions
- "Site" means the website (https://ieumbio.com) operated by the Company to provide information.
- "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with this Agreement.
- "Content" means all materials posted on the Site, including text, images, videos, data, and design.
Article 3. Effect and Modification of the Agreement
- This Agreement shall become effective upon being posted on the Site.
- The Company may amend this Agreement within the scope not violating relevant laws and regulations if a reasonable ground arises.
- In the event that the Agreement is amended, the Company shall announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment on the announcement board of the Site, together with the current Agreement, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. However, if the amendment is unfavorable to the users, it shall be announced at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.
- When the Company announces the amended Agreement in accordance with the preceding paragraph, explicitly notifying that 'if the User does not express a refusal prior to the effective date, the User shall be deemed to have consented to the amendment,' and if the User does not explicitly express a refusal, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Agreement. If a User does not agree to the amended Agreement, the User may terminate the use of the Service.
Article 4. Provision and Modification of Services
- The Company provides the following Services through the Site:
- Provision of information introducing the Company and its business
- Provision of research/service-related materials and news
- Receipt of inquiries and communication for business collaboration
- All other services additionally developed by the Company or provided to users in cooperation with other companies
- The Company may modify a part or all of the Services provided based on operational or technical needs, and in such cases, the Company shall notify the users through the Site.
Article 5. Suspension of Services
- The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Services in any of the following cases, and shall notify the users either in advance or ex post facto:
- Where necessary for service operations, such as regular system maintenance, expansion, or replacement
- Where normal service provision is impossible due to natural disasters, national emergencies, power outages, failures of service facilities, or a surge in service traffic
- Where the Services cannot be provided due to government orders or regulations under relevant laws
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties arising from the suspension of the Services under paragraph (1), unless such suspension is caused by intentional acts or gross negligence of the Company.
Article 6. Obligations of the Users
Users shall not perform any of the following acts when using the Site:
- Registering false information when submitting requests, inquiries, or making changes on the Site
- Misappropriating another person's information
- Unauthorized alteration, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of information posted by the Company
- Infringing upon the copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Company or a third party
- Defaming or interfering with the business of the Company or a third party
- Collecting, storing, processing, or utilizing the Content of the Site for AI training without the Company's prior approval by using automated scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or other similar tools
- Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or any other information contrary to public order and morals on the Site
- Any act deemed to be in violation of relevant laws and regulations
Article 7. Copyright and Ownership
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for all Content posted on the Site shall belong to the Company or the party that has legitimately authorized the Company.
- Users shall not use information obtained through the Services, whose intellectual property rights belong to the Company or a provider, for commercial purposes by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or any other method without the prior consent of the Company or the provider, nor shall the User allow a third party to use it.
- The Company's name, logo, trademarks, and service marks (the "Company Identifiers") are the assets of the Company, and the Users may not use them without the express prior written consent of the Company.
Article 8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall be exempted from liability for the provision of the Services if it is unable to provide the Services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
- The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in services usage due to grounds attributable to the User.
- The Company does not guarantee and is not liable for the reliability, accuracy, or integrity of any information, materials, or facts posted on the Site.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising through the Service between users or between a user and a third party, and shall not be liable to compensate for any damages resulting therefrom.
- The research and service-related information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not substitute for specific professional advice or a contractual agreement.
Article 9. Protection of Personal Information
The Company endeavors to protect the personal information of users in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and the processing of personal information shall be governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The interpretation of this Agreement and any disputes between the Company and the Users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event that a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Services, the court determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea shall be the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions
This Agreement shall become effective as of May 28, 2026.
Note: In case of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
